GESTALT COUNSELOR TRAINING WORKSHOP
This training will teach the powerful gestalt techniques to bring clients into authentic awareness and deep emotional healing.
Prerequisite: Master?s Degree in psychology or related field.
REIKI I & II TRAINING
Learn how to use Reiki (universal healing) energy for relaxation and healing.
PSYCHOGRAPHY
Learn to map (graph) the journey of the soul (psyche) for healing of traumatic memories.

MORNING MEDITATION -
There is a greater power and a higher plan for humanity's evolution. We can each be a part of that great plan through meditation. Learn to meditate for personal and planetary healing.

ALPHA WAVES REIKI TRAINING
The cost of the workshop is $275 (or $150 per day). Hours l0 a.m. to 2 p.m. Training will be held at the Midtown Offices at 3914 Washington. A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve space.

Helen Weiser, Director, is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified Spiritual Practitioner who has worked over 20 years in the mental health field. Her goal is to “take healing to the highest level” by integrating spiritual and intuitive methods into her psychology practice.
Stephanie Cassandras has worked in the medical and mental health care fields for more than 16 years. The focus of her work is as a Reiki Master, meditation coach, and spiritual mentor “helping others realize their own inner divinity and potential for healing.

Our director, Helen Weiser, has been preparing herself for ordination through Light of Christ Community Church on March 1. We will then be in a position to offer Sunday services, including Communion services, and plan to start these in April. We will keep you posted!

COMMUNITY SERVICES
Meditation is held Wednesday evenings from 7:00-7:30 PM. There is no charge for attendance, and we invite all to add their energy to ours as we bring the light of spirit into ourselves and share its radiance as our service to the planet.
Rosary: There is no charge for participation in the Rosary, held Tuesday evenings from 7:00 -7:30 PM. Bring a guest.

NEW GROUP FORMING!
Topic: SOUL CONNECTIONS
Purpose: Healing the Inner Child
Description: Group begins with deep relaxation and guided imagery, a prelude to meditation training. Individuals have the opportunity to share problems or concerns. We use psychospiritual techniques in addition to traditional psychotherapy. Members are encouraged to practice at home as well. Techniques include gestalt and cognitive therapy, meditation, reiki, heart math, psychography, emotional freedom technique and dream work to heal the inner child.
This work is spiritual but non-denominational. We search for the guidance of the Higher Self (or Soul) through the internal exploration and discovery of the Higher Power within.
Time: Monday Evenings 6:00-7:30 PM
Groups will be limited to six participants; after the group begins, it will be closed to new members so we can build energy, increase trust and ensure confidentiality.
Cost: $30.00 per session (Although our primary purpose is personal growth and self-development, mental health problems may be relieved or alleviated, and some insurance policies may apply.
